Exhibiting – CHF2,500

We understand the need for maximum interaction between delegates and exhibitors and for this reason coffee breaks are all located in the exhibit area with session rooms in close proximity to ensure maximum exposure. GELS 2009 exhibitor package compromises the following.

• 1 x Table
• 2 x Chairs
• Listing of your company in meeting programme book as exhibitors
• 3 free exhibitor registration (allow entry to exhibition area only)

The maximum capacity of the exhibition area is 20 tables. Please note that booking is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will try to accommodate your choices. However, if the chosen tables are not available, you will be requested to provide alternative choices. Multiple table booking is available. Tables do not have to be adjacent.

Any additional items such as furniture, internet connections, electricity outlets and catering must be ordered separately and in advance through the exhibition contractor at each exhibitor's own cost.
