Prior in-principle approval for the use of existing funds has been given by FIC to attend GELS 2009

Given the potential interest of a number of Fogarty International Center (FIC) grantees to attend HUGO Symposium on Genomics and Ethics, Law and Society 2009 (GELS 09), FIC would allow their grantees to utilize existing funds in their awards to attend GELS 09, provided this was within the scope of their existing award.
